BoPi.army legal
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 15 July 2026
1. Operator, seller and scope
BoPi Army, BoPi Wear, BOPI and BOPIS are project or brand names. The website and shop are operated by:
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the operator named above is the seller and contractual partner for BoPi Wear purchases.
BoPi Army is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Pi Network Core Team, the Solana Foundation, Stripe or Printful.
2. Website and community content
BoPi.army provides public information about BoPi, BoPi Army, BoPi-related communities, tokens, BNPi connections and merchandise. Content may be updated, corrected, expanded or removed at any time.
Community posts, social-media links, roadmap statements and planned features are informational and do not create a guarantee that a feature, token, exchange listing, price, partnership or launch will occur.
3. Tokens and blockchain information
Information about BOPI, BOPIS or other blockchain-related projects is provided for general informational and community purposes only. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
- Cryptoassets can be highly volatile and may lose all value.
- No price, liquidity, exchange listing or future utility is guaranteed.
- Users remain responsible for verifying contract addresses and network details.
- Transactions made on public blockchains may be irreversible.
BoPi Wear purchases are separate retail transactions and do not grant token ownership, investment rights, profit participation or a claim against any token project.
4. Eligibility and acceptable use
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract.
- Minors may purchase only with the consent of a parent or guardian where required.
- You must provide accurate delivery and contact information.
- You may not interfere with the website, abuse payment or refund functions, automate fraudulent orders, or attempt to bypass inventory limits or temporary restrictions.
We may reject, suspend or cancel orders affected by fraud, obvious errors, unlawful activity, inventory manipulation or payment abuse. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Products, images and availability
BoPi Wear products are produced on demand by a third-party production partner. Product colours, print placement and physical appearance may vary slightly from digital mockups because of screens, materials, manufacturing tolerances and garment batches.
Availability is subject to Printful catalogue availability and the BoPi Wear limit assigned to each product and colour. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. A temporary reservation may begin only after checkout preparation.
We may correct obvious product, inventory or pricing errors before an order is submitted to production. If an error prevents fulfilment, we will contact the customer and, where necessary, issue a refund.
6. Orders and contract formation
The product display is an invitation to place an order. The customer submits an order by completing checkout and payment. A contract is formed when payment is successfully confirmed and the order is accepted for processing.
An order reference and secure browser-based access may be generated so the customer can view the order in “My Orders”. Order access stored in the browser is device-specific. Clearing browser storage or using a different device may remove that local access.
We may contact the customer if fulfilment requires clarification or if a selected variant becomes unavailable before production.
7. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF). The final checkout total may include product prices, delivery charges and applicable taxes. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or destination charges may be payable separately by the recipient unless checkout expressly states that they are included.
Payments are processed by Stripe. BoPi.army does not receive or store complete card numbers, card security codes or online-banking credentials. Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to the payment process.
Payment authorisation does not guarantee fulfilment where fraud checks, technical errors, legal restrictions or unavailable products prevent the order from being completed.
8. Processing period and production
Paid orders normally remain in a processing stage for up to 1–2 business days. During this period the order may be reviewed, changed where eligible, or cancelled through the available customer flow.
Once the order is submitted to the production partner, manufacturing may begin immediately. Regular cancellation and self-service changes are no longer available after submission to production.
The displayed processing period is an operational estimate and may change because of weekends, public holidays, fraud checks, support cases or technical issues.
9. Changes to colour or size
Before production submission and before the applicable change window expires, eligible customers may request changes through “My Orders”.
- Each line item may be changed separately, including orders containing several garments.
- The product design and quantity remain unchanged.
- Only available colour and size variants of the same product may be selected.
- The replacement must be compatible with the paid order total, shipping and tax calculation.
- A requested change is complete only after the shop confirms it successfully.
If an automatic change cannot be completed, the customer may keep the existing order, contact support or use any cancellation option still available.
10. Cancellation and refunds
The shop provides a voluntary pre-production cancellation option while an order is still eligible. Eligibility ends when the processing deadline expires or the order is submitted to production, whichever occurs first.
- An eligible cancellation creates a full refund to the original payment method.
- Refund arrival times depend on Stripe, the payment method and the customer’s bank or card issuer.
- After a successful customer cancellation, new orders using the same email address are blocked for 48 hours.
- The temporary block is used to reduce repeated payment-and-refund abuse and does not affect access to existing orders.
After production submission, cancellation or return requests are handled only where required by applicable law or where expressly approved for a specific case.
11. Shipping, customs and delivery
Orders are manufactured and shipped by Printful or its affiliated fulfilment partners. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of production capacity, carrier operations, customs, weather, address problems or events outside our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, unclaimed package or customer instruction may be charged where legally permitted.
Risk and ownership pass according to mandatory law and the applicable delivery arrangement. Customers should report missing or damaged parcels promptly and retain packaging, labels and photographs.
12. Defects, incorrect items and claims
Customers should inspect deliveries promptly. A damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect item should be reported with the order reference, description and clear photographs.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund. Normal wear, incorrect care, customer-caused damage, minor colour differences and ordering the wrong available size are not manufacturing defects.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable statutory warranty or consumer rights.
13. Intellectual property
BoPi, BoPi Army artwork, site content, product artwork, graphics, logos and original designs are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Purchase of merchandise transfers ownership of the physical item only and does not grant reproduction, commercial, trademark or licensing rights.
“Pi Network”, “Solana”, “Stripe” and “Printful” are names or marks of their respective owners. References are descriptive and do not imply endorsement.
14. Availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep the website and shop available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, payment interruptions, hosting failures or production partner issues may temporarily affect services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, token-price changes, failed blockchain transactions or third-party service outages is excluded. Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
15. Changes, applicable law and contact
These Terms may be updated when the shop, providers, legal requirements or services change. The version published when an order is placed generally applies to that order, subject to mandatory law.
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Any mandatory jurisdiction available to consumers remains unaffected.
