BoPi.army legal

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: 24 July 2026

These Terms apply to BoPi.army, its public content, community pages, the BoPi NFT mint, related Solana digital assets and the BoPi Wear online shop. By using the website, connecting a wallet, minting an NFT or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator, seller and scope

BoPi Army, BoPi Wear, BoPi NFTs, BOPI and BOPIS are project or brand names. The website, NFT mint and shop are operated by:

Bojan Stijovic
Holzmoosrütistrasse 42a
8820 Wädenswil, Switzerland
Email: info@sk-devstudios.com

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the operator named above is the contractual partner for purchases made directly through BoPi.army.

BoPi Army is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Pi Network Core Team, Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, Magic Eden, Phantom, Metaplex, Helius, Irys, Stripe or Printful.

2. Website and community content

BoPi.army provides public information about BoPi, BoPi Army, BoPi-related communities, tokens, NFTs, BNPi connections and merchandise. Content may be updated, corrected, expanded or removed at any time.

Community posts, social-media links, roadmap statements and planned features are informational and do not create a guarantee that a feature, token, marketplace listing, price, partnership, utility or launch will occur.

3. Tokens and blockchain information

Information about BOPI, BOPIS, NFTs or other blockchain-related projects is provided for general informational and community purposes only. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice.

BoPi Wear purchases are separate retail transactions and do not grant token ownership, NFT ownership, investment rights, profit participation or a claim against any blockchain project.

4. NFTs and digital collectibles

BoPi NFTs are digital collectibles recorded as assets on the Solana blockchain. An NFT is a blockchain record associated with metadata and artwork. It is not a physical product, security, share, deposit, savings product or promise of financial return.

The artwork and metadata may be stored through third-party decentralised or permanent-storage services. Display of an NFT in a wallet, marketplace or explorer depends on those third parties correctly indexing and rendering the asset.

Buying or minting a BoPi NFT does not guarantee that it can later be sold, that a buyer will exist, that a marketplace will list the collection, or that the NFT will retain or increase its value.

5. NFT mint process and contract formation

To mint an NFT, the user connects a compatible self-custody Solana wallet, reviews the displayed price and transaction details, and approves the requested blockchain transaction in the wallet.

A mint purchase is accepted when the required payment is confirmed on the Solana blockchain and the platform successfully assigns and creates the NFT for the wallet address supplied by the user. A submitted payment does not by itself guarantee a completed mint if the transaction fails, expires, is underfunded, is sent on the wrong network or cannot be verified.

The user must review the wallet prompt before signing. We do not request seed phrases or private keys. Any website, message or person requesting a seed phrase or private key should be treated as fraudulent.

6. Random allocation, rarity, editions and supply

The BoPi NFT mint uses randomised allocation. The user purchases the right to receive one NFT from the remaining eligible inventory and cannot select a specific portrait, background, rarity, design or edition unless the mint page expressly states otherwise.

We may pause or permanently close the mint before the maximum supply is reached because of technical, legal, security, operational or project reasons. Already completed mints remain unaffected unless a mandatory legal remedy applies.

7. Wallets and blockchain transactions

Users are solely responsible for their wallet, device security, recovery phrase, private keys, transaction approvals and the accuracy of the destination wallet address. BoPi.army does not hold or recover users' private keys and cannot restore access to a lost or compromised wallet.

8. NFT price, network fees, taxes and refunds

The NFT mint price is displayed in SOL before the user approves payment. The wallet may separately display Solana network fees. Exchange-rate changes between SOL and fiat currencies do not alter a completed purchase.

Because a successfully minted NFT is delivered immediately as a digital blockchain asset and the underlying transaction is irreversible, completed mints are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory law or where the operator confirms that payment was received but no NFT was delivered because of a platform error.

A failed or abandoned wallet transaction does not create a purchase. If a payment is confirmed but minting remains incomplete, the user should contact support with the wallet address and transaction signature. Each case will be reviewed using on-chain records.

Users are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, duties, reporting obligations or other charges applicable to minting, holding, transferring or selling NFTs in their jurisdiction.

9. Secondary sales, marketplaces and royalties

NFT owners may transfer or list their NFTs on compatible third-party Solana marketplaces. Secondary transactions are agreements between the seller, buyer and marketplace. BoPi.army is not the seller, buyer, custodian or payment processor for those transactions.

The BoPi collection may specify a creator royalty of 5% for secondary sales, payable to the designated project treasury wallet. Royalties depend on marketplace support, marketplace rules and the transaction method used. A royalty is not guaranteed to be collected or enforced on every transfer or marketplace.

Third-party marketplaces may charge additional fees, apply warnings to unlisted collections, delay indexing, display outdated information or remove support without notice. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

10. NFT ownership and licence

Ownership of a BoPi NFT means control of the corresponding blockchain asset through the owner's wallet. It does not transfer copyright, trademark ownership or other intellectual-property rights in BoPi, the artwork, logos, characters, source files or brand.

While the user lawfully owns the NFT, the operator grants that user a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence, except together with a permitted transfer of the NFT, to display the NFT artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes and to display it when listing or discussing the NFT.

Without prior written permission, the NFT artwork may not be used to create or sell merchandise, issue another token or NFT collection, register marks, imply official partnership, train or market competing character products, or otherwise exploit the BoPi brand commercially.

When the NFT is transferred, the previous owner's NFT-related display licence ends and passes to the new lawful owner under these Terms.

11. NFT risks and service availability

NFT functions depend on third-party technology, including Solana, wallet providers, RPC services, Metaplex, storage gateways, hosting providers and marketplaces. We do not control those systems and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent compatibility or error-free display.

We may pause the mint, restrict access or deploy reasonable corrections to protect users, the collection or the service. We do not guarantee continued operation of the mint, website, community features or marketplace support for any fixed period.

12. Eligibility and acceptable use

We may reject, suspend or cancel activity affected by fraud, obvious errors, unlawful conduct, inventory manipulation, wallet abuse or security threats. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Merchandise products, images and availability

BoPi Wear products are produced on demand by a third-party production partner. Product colours, print placement and physical appearance may vary slightly from digital mockups because of screens, materials, manufacturing tolerances and garment batches.

Availability is subject to Printful catalogue availability and the BoPi Wear limit assigned to each product and colour. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. A temporary reservation may begin only after checkout preparation.

We may correct obvious product, inventory or pricing errors before an order is submitted to production. If an error prevents fulfilment, we will contact the customer and, where necessary, issue a refund.

14. Merchandise orders, prices and payment

The merchandise display is an invitation to place an order. The customer submits an order by completing checkout and payment. A contract is formed when payment is successfully confirmed and the order is accepted for processing.

Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF). The final checkout total may include product prices, delivery charges and applicable taxes. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or destination charges may be payable separately by the recipient unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. BoPi.army does not receive or store complete card numbers, card security codes or online-banking credentials. Stripe's own terms and privacy practices also apply.

An order reference and secure browser-based access may be generated so the customer can view the order in “My Orders”. Browser-stored access may be lost when local storage is cleared or another device is used.

15. Processing period and production

Paid merchandise orders normally remain in a processing stage for up to 1–2 business days. During this period the order may be reviewed, changed where eligible, or cancelled through the available customer flow.

Once the order is submitted to the production partner, manufacturing may begin immediately. Regular cancellation and self-service changes are no longer available after submission to production.

The displayed processing period is an operational estimate and may change because of weekends, public holidays, fraud checks, support cases or technical issues.

16. Changes to merchandise colour or size

Before production submission and before the applicable change window expires, eligible customers may request changes through “My Orders”.

If an automatic change cannot be completed, the customer may keep the existing order, contact support or use any cancellation option still available.

17. Merchandise cancellation and refunds

The shop provides a voluntary pre-production cancellation option while an order is still eligible. Eligibility ends when the processing deadline expires or the order is submitted to production, whichever occurs first.

The voluntary pre-production cancellation flow is separate from any mandatory rights a consumer may have under applicable law. Mandatory rights cannot be excluded by these Terms.

After production submission, cancellation or return requests are handled only where required by applicable law or expressly approved for a specific case.

18. Shipping, customs and delivery

Orders are manufactured and shipped by Printful or its affiliated fulfilment partners. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of production capacity, carrier operations, customs, weather, address problems or events outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, unclaimed package or customer instruction may be charged where legally permitted.

Risk and ownership pass according to mandatory law and the applicable delivery arrangement. Customers should report missing or damaged parcels promptly and retain packaging, labels and photographs.

19. Defects, incorrect items and claims

Customers should inspect deliveries promptly. A damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect item should be reported with the order reference, description and clear photographs.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund. Normal wear, incorrect care, customer-caused damage, minor colour differences and ordering the wrong available size are not manufacturing defects.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable statutory warranty or consumer rights.

20. Intellectual property

BoPi, BoPi Army artwork, NFT artwork, site content, product artwork, graphics, logos, source files, characters and original designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Except for the limited NFT display licence expressly granted above, no purchase transfers copyright, trademark ownership, reproduction rights or commercial licensing rights.

“Pi Network”, “Solana”, “Magic Eden”, “Phantom”, “Metaplex”, “Helius”, “Irys”, “Stripe” and “Printful” are names or marks of their respective owners. References are descriptive and do not imply endorsement.

21. Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to keep the website, NFT mint and shop available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, blockchain congestion, wallet failures, RPC interruptions, hosting failures, marketplace delays, payment interruptions or production-partner issues may affect services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of opportunity, NFT or token-price changes, loss caused by user-approved transactions, compromised wallets, failed blockchain transactions or third-party outages is excluded.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, the operator's aggregate liability arising from a particular paid transaction will not exceed the amount paid directly to the operator for that transaction. Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains unaffected.

22. Changes, applicable law and contact

These Terms may be updated when the website, NFT mint, collection, providers, legal requirements or services change. The version presented and accepted when a paid transaction is initiated generally applies to that transaction, subject to mandatory law.

Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer protection available to a user remains unaffected.
